At Nina Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original Nina box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
